Important Safety Information

Completing the assessment on the Provemen website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Provemen. Provemen is a technology platform that connects patients with licensed U.S. healthcare providers and pharmacies; it does not provide medical services. A licensed provider reviews your information and, if appropriate, issues a prescription, which is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Where a medication is compounded, it is not FDA approved.

This site does not offer medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed provider. Never take a prescription medication without a provider's approval. Do not use ED treatments if you take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) or certain blood-pressure medications — the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or for any sudden change in vision or hearing. These medications are not for use by women or children and are not suitable for men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable. Common side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and upset stomach. Your provider will review your full medical history for safety. Individual results vary.

Clinical services are provided by DrTelx (https://drtelx.com), an independent telehealth medical group whose providers are licensed in the states where Provemen offers care. Provemen works exclusively with licensed U.S. pharmacies. Our pharmacy partners are Emerald Compounding Pharmacy (Tampa, FL), EPIQ Scripts (Richardson, TX), and Foothills Compounding Pharmacy (Enumclaw, WA). Every pharmacy in our network is licensed in the states where it dispenses, accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), and LegitScript-approved. All prescriptions are filled and shipped by these licensed U.S. pharmacies in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

States Serviced

Our telehealth services are available to patients located in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. All consultations are conducted by licensed U.S. healthcare providers, and all prescriptions are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable state and federal law. Availability of specific medications may vary by state based on state regulations and provider licensure.

Asynchronous (online questionnaire) care is available in the following 44 states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY. A live (synchronous) consultation with a provider is required before treatment in these 7 jurisdictions: District of Columbia (DC), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), New Mexico (NM), Rhode Island (RI), West Virginia (WV).
